At Century Scents, we are committed to delivering your fragrances quickly, safely, and at the most reasonable shipping rates. Please read our shipping policy below for more details.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer standard shipping and expedited shipping to the United States. Shipping rates and times are calculated at checkout, based on the delivery address and size of the order.
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
International Shipping: Available soon. Please stay tuned.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the order.
We offer free shipping on orders over $75 (valid within the U.S.).
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your package in real-time.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
For lost shipments, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier. If your parcel is confirmed lost, we will either reship your order or issue a refund.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States only.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. Territories at this time.
